With 18+ years of diverse experience in the academic and corporate world, she is a Leadership and Executive Coach – PCC from ICF

She is a culture evangelist and environmentalist working towards protection of bio-diversity in the Western Ghats with a focus on preserving the culture and heritage of Kodagu, a quaint hilly region from where she hails.

She is a council member of WICCI ALL Tamil Nadu Entrepreneurs and VP of WICCI Tamil Nadu Stem education

Her entrepreneurial venture Rustic- eartH to Soul an Experience product from the Hills, has been successfully received by clients across genre.

She enjoys an occasional swing of golf.. while poetry, birding, music, spending time with her son, husband, family & friends, sum up her weekend.
